Application

This series equipment is used to produce all kinds of carbonated drink contained in PET bottle, washing, filling and capping can be carried out on this machine, This machine has the following characteristics: Scientific and reasonable design, beautiful appearance, complete function, convenient maintenance, and high automation.

Features:

1. The bottle-necks are cramped and bottlts are suspended during the operation proess. This avoids many malfunctions caused by thinnerbottle body or different highness of bottles. This design also reduce dramatically therequired number of changeable parts, make it more convenient and quickly to chang to another type of bottles.

2. The advanced technology from Germany and ltaly are emplyed. He speed of filling is fast and the liquid amount is controlled accurately. The filling device can be stopped automatically when there is no bottle or bottles are damaged. The advanced auto-washing technology is used in the system.

3. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can, also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.

4. Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps, and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps storage tank.

5. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between humam and machine. The amount of the drinks in the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle.

6. The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the speed steplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.

7. All parts that have direct contact with water are made in SUS304 stainless stell. The critical electronic xomponents are from Mitsubishi(Japan), etc.
